Frank does an excellent job of making sure that our roof is serviced regularly, and that we are aware of any potential issues. His explanations are clear and concise, and he makes sure to answer any questions that we have before leaving. He is proactive, identifying potential future problems with the roof, and makes sure that we know what our options are. He has also responded to any problems we have had with the roof promptly.
