"The agreement is one of the best investments I have made.  I am always reluctant to get involved in agreements like these because one of two things occur. I don't have a need to use the agreement and lose my money or when I do have a problem there is always a reason the agreement doesn't apply.  With NIR this is never a problem. If I do have a concern, NIR comes out to do routine maintenance. When I have a had a problem, it takes one phone call and NIR is out within one day.  I have been so pleased with the service that I have referred NIR to the other theaters in my zone."
